 Karachi Kings head coach and former Australian cricketer and Dean Jones has died of a heart attack.



Former Australian cricketer and Karachi Kings head coach Dan Jones has died. He was in the Indian city of Mumbai when he suffered a heart attack. Dan Jones was 59 years old. Dan Jones was a member of the Australian team that won the World Cup in 1987 and has played 52 Tests and 164 ODIs.



Australian cricketer Dan Jones also had a special fondness for Pakistan cricket. In the Pakistan Super League, he not only coached but also visited Pakistan several times and sent a message to the international teams that there is no security problem in Pakistan. Jones was initially associated with Islamabad United in the Pakistan Super League but later joined the Karachi Kings.



Dan Jones scored 3631 runs in 52 Tests, including 11 centuries, while he played 164 ODIs in which he scored 6063 runs, including 7 centuries and 46 half-centuries.
