اسلام وعلیکم! میرے پیارے دوست جیسا کے آپکو معلوم ہے کہ آج کل جو وباہ پھیلی ہوئی ہے جس کی وجہ سے مستحق لوگ اور جو دیہاڑی دار طبقہ ہے وہ اپنے گھروں تک محسور ہو گیا ہے جس کی وجہ سے ہمارے پیارے وزیراعظم صاحب نے انصاف امداد پروگرام کا جلد از جلد افتتاح کیا ہے جس کی وجہ سے غریب لوگوں کا کافی حد تک بھلا ہوگا آپ نے بس اتنا کرنا ہے اس لنک پر کلک کر کے مطلوبہ معلومات فراہم کرنی ہے اور درخواست بھیج دینی ہے اپنے اردگرد مستحق لوگوں کو دیکھیں اور زیادہ سے زیادہ درخواست بھیجیں تا کہ آپ کی وجہ سے کسی غریب کا بھلا ہو جائے۔۔۔۔

وزیر اعظم کی معاون خصوصی برائے غربت کے خاتمے اور سوشل سیفٹی ڈاکٹر ثانیہ نشتر کا کہنا ہے کہ کوویڈ 19 کے نتیجے میں احساس ایمرجنسی کیش پروگرام کے تحت 12 ملین مستحق خاندانوں کو وفاقی حکومت 12،000 روپے کی نقد گرانٹ فراہم کرے گی۔

مندرجہ ذیل افراد اس پروگرام کے تحت درخواست دینے کے اہل نہیں ہیں :-

۔ حاضر سروس یا ریٹائرڈ سرکاری و نیم سرکاری ملازمین  1

۔ مالکِ اراضی2

۔کسی اور فلاحی اسکیم سے فائده  اٹھانے والے افراد3

۔ یوٹیلیٹی بلز ماہانہ10,000 سے زیادہ ہو4

۔ کسی بھی قسم کی گاڑی کا مالک (علاوہ موٹر سائیکل، رکشہ، چنگ چی5

مندرجہ ذیل افراد اس پروگرام کے تحت درخواست دینے کے اہل ہیں :-

فارم میں مندرجہ ذیل معلومات/مندرجات کی ضرورت ہوگی۔

  ذاتی معلومات :1

٭اس میں نام،ولدیت/زوجیت،شناختی کارڈ نمبر،موبائل نمبر،گھرانے کی ماہانہ آمدن،روزگار کی نوعیت ،پتہ /مکان نمبر،موضع /محلہ ،ضلع ،تحصیل ،گھر کے سربراہ کا نام،گھر کے کل افراد،درخواست دہندہ کے اثاثہ جات 

(مکان،زمین،دکان) ،(موٹر سائیکل، رکشہ، چنگ چی کے علاوہ سواری)وغیرہ کی معلومات دینا ہوگی۔

۔امدادی معلومات :2

٭اس میں بے نظیر آمدن پروگرام،زکوٰۃ،بیت المال،احساس پروگرام سے آپکو پیسے ملتے ہیں یا نہیں ۔اس کی معلومات دینی 

ہے۔

بل :

٭آپکا بجلی ،پانی،فون اور گیس کا کل بل 10،000روپے ماہانہ سے زیادہ ہے یا نہیں ہے ۔

ملازمت :

٭کیا آپ حاضر سروس،ریٹائرڈ،سرکاری و نیم سرکاری ملازم ہیں؟

The following persons are not eligible to apply under this program: -

1- Attending Service or Retired Government and Semi-Government Employees

2- Owner of Property Land

3-People who benefit from any and welfare scheme

4- Utility bills exceed 10,000 per month

5- Owner of any type of vehicle (except motorcycle, rickshaw, Qing Chi)

The following persons are eligible to apply under this program: -

Poor, needy and deserving people

The form will require the following information / contents.

1: Personal Information:

This includes name, childbirth / spouse, ID card number, mobile number, monthly household income, nature of employment, address / house number, name of the district / district, tehsil, head of household, total household members, application. Information about the lender's assets (house, land, store), (motorcycle, rickshaw, rides other than Qing Chi), etc.

2: Support Information:

Whether you get money from the Benazir Earnings Program, Zakat, Baithamal, Ehsaas Program, it has to be given information.

11.     Bill:

   Whether or not your total electricity, water, phone and gas total is over Rs 10,000 a month.
