Actor Farrukh Shah, who became famous for imitating Imran Khan, has passed away

 Farrukh Shah, a young actor who rose to fame by playing the role of Prime Minister Imran Khan's dummy in various TV programs, has passed away. Confirming the news, the actor's son said that Farrukh Shah had a heart attack this morning. He was being taken to the hospital due to heart ailment and he died on the way.

His son says his father was troubled by the closure of the theater due to the lockdown, and also financial problems. He also took part in the artists' protest two days ago, while recording a private TV Eid special show.

Actor Farrukh Shah started his artistic career with Theater Radio. He has performed in a number of drama series on state TV. However, actor Farrukh Shah gained popularity in the world of showbiz in 2011 due to his playing the dummy character of Prime Minister Imran Khan and his parody.

اداکار  فرخ شاہ انتقال کر گئے۔ اداکار کے بیٹے نے خبر کی تصدیق کرتے ہوئے بتایا کہ فرخ شاہ کو آج صبح دل کا دورہ پڑا، انہیں دل کی تکلیف پر اسپتال لے کر جارہے تھے کہ وہ  راستے میں ہی دم توڑ گئے۔

ان کےبیٹے کا کہنا ہے کہ میرے والد لاک ڈاؤن کے باعث تھیٹر بند ہونے کی وجہ سے پریشانی کا شکار تھے، اور مالی معاملات میں بھی پریشانی کا سامنا تھا۔ وہ دو روز قبل ہونے والے فنکاروں کے احتجاج میں بھی شریک تھے، جب کہ نجی ٹی وی کے عيد اسپيشل شو کی ريکارڈنگ ميں بھی حصہ ليا تھا۔

اداکار فرخ شاہ نے تھیٹر ریڈیو سے اپنے فنی کیرئیر کا آغاز کیا، انہوں نے سرکاری ٹی وی کے بے شمار ڈرامہ سیریلز میں اپنے فن کا مظاہرہ کیا، تاہم اداکار فرخ شاہ کو 2011ء میں وزیر اعظم عمران خان کے ڈمی کریکٹر ادا کرنے اور ان کی پیروڈی کی وجہ سے شوبز کی دنیا میں مقبولیت حاصل ہوئی۔
