Aamir Khan's meeting with Turkish first lady
drew strong reaction from Indian extremists
Bollywood actor Aamir Khan found it costly to
meet Turkey's first lady Emine Erdogan.
Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan, who is making
films on social issues, is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film 'Lal
Singh Chadha'. The shooting of the film was delayed for a long time due to the corona
virus and lockdown, but now it was preferred to complete the shooting in Turkey
instead of India, which extremist Hindus did not like.
Beautiful country, like Turkey, was chosen to
complete the final part of the shooting of the film. However, during this time,
Aamir Khan met Turkish First Lady Emine Erdogan at the Huber Mansion in
Istanbul, which was reported by the Turkish president's wife on her social
media account.
She wrote, “I had the great pleasure of
meeting @aamir_khan, the world-renowned Indian actor, filmmaker, and director,
in Istanbul. I was happy to learn that Aamir decided to wrap up the shooting of
his latest movie ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ in different parts of Turkey. I look
forward to it.
A few pictures of the meeting were to come to
light as extremist parties have expressed their hatred over it. Even the Indian ruling party BJP strongly criticized and said that
on the one hand Tayyab Erdogan is supporting Pakistan on the implementation of
Article 370 in Kashmir and criticizing India, on the other hand our own actors
are working with him and making
pictures.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) demanded an
explanation for the meeting with Aamir Khan and asked him to explain the motive
behind the meeting.
Ajit Doval wrote in his twitter account, Aamir
Khan Refused to join Nationalist Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu when he was in
Mumbai. But he went to Turkey to meet Turkish PM, who supports Pakistan on
Kashmir issue and also gave anti-india statements. Won't be surprised if #AamirKhan
feels unsafe again in India.
On the other hand, the Indian Hindu extremist
organization Vishwa Hindu Parshad also criticized Aamir Khan's meeting with the
Turkish first lady and said that there are some Bollywood actors like Aamir
Khan who support those who hate India and their Love in the heart.
It should be noted that Aamir Khan's own
production 'Lal Singh Chadha' is a film based on the story of the American
drama 'Forest Gum'. The film has been shot in 100 locations across India so
far. The rest of the shooting is being completed in Turkey. Aamir Khan is
playing the role of Lal Singh Chadha in the film while Kareena Kapoor is
playing the lead role with him.
