Some specific sectors will remain closed while others will be reopened, Prime Minister Imran Khan said

Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the sectors which are most at risk due to the spread of corona virus will still be closed; the nation should act responsibly and follow the SOPs.

Commenting on the issue of Corona virus, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that as soon as we came to know about the spread of Corona virus, we convened a meeting and locked down only 26 cases. Until then, no one knew what would happen next. Yes, we consulted with doctors and reviewed the global situation.

"When the corona virus reached Europe, we saw that our conditions were not the same as in China and Europe. In our country, there is a lot of poverty compared to these countries. 50 million people can't eat two meals a day, 25 million people earn a day," he said. There are those who, if they do not earn a living, their hearth will not burn.

The Prime Minister said that it was in my mind that if Pakistan was locked down like Europe, what would happen to these poor people? Lockdown can reduce the spread of the virus, but it is not a cure because lockdown affects the poor.

Imran Khan said that the effects of lockdown on rich people are being compiled separately on the slum population, we have to take into account both the spread of the virus and hunger and poverty, the provinces have the power to look after them, the rich Others say but the voice of the poor who are in trouble is not heard, people have suffered a lot because of the lockdown.

The Prime Minister said that I never close my business but I did it under duress. Until we get the vaccine, this virus will not be eradicated. The whole world, including the richest countries, has come to the conclusion that we have to live with this virus.

The Prime Minister said that it is the responsibility of the people to live successfully with the virus. If people start living a normal life during the lockdown and take precautionary measures, it will only harm the people. We are giving SOPs. The sectors that are most at risk will still be closed, but all other sectors will remain open, the list of which will be released soon. We appeal to the people that we have to become a responsible nation.

Citing the example of India, the Prime Minister said that when they did a complete lockdown, the people there were in a bad condition, many people died, they had to walk for miles, but still the corona virus spread there and hospitals were filled and they had to relocate due to economic conditions. وزیراعظم عمران خان نے کہا ہے کہ جن شعبہ جات کی وجہ سے کورونا وائرس کے پھیلاؤ کا خدشہ زیادہ ہیں انہیں تاحال بند رکھا جائے گا، قوم ذمہ داری کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے ایس او پیز پر عمل کرے۔

وزیراعظم عمران خان نے کورونا وائرس کے معاملے پر اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ کورونا کے پھیلاؤ کا علم ہوتے ہی محض 26 کیسز پر ہی ہم نے اجلاس طلب کیے اور لاک ڈاؤن کیا، اس وقت تک کسی کو معلوم نہیں تھا کہ آگے کیا حالات ہوں گے، ہم نے ڈاکٹروں سے رائے لی اور عالمی حالات کا جائزہ لیا۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ جب یورپ میں کورونا وائرس پہنچا تو ہم نے دیکھا کہ ہمارت حالات چین اور یورپ کی طرح نہیں، ہمارے ملک میں ان ممالک کے مدمقابل غربت بہت ہے، 5 کروڑ افراد دو وقت کا کھانا نہیں کھاسکتے، ڈھائی کروڑ افراد یومیہ کمانے والے ہیں جو اگر روز نہیں کمائیں گے تو ان کے گھر کا چولہا نہیں جلے گا۔

وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ میرے ذہن میں تھا کہ اگر پاکستان میں یورپ جیسا لاک ڈاؤن کیا گیا تو ان غریبوں کا کیا ہوگا؟ لاک ڈاؤن سے وائرس کے پھیلاؤ کو کم کیا جاسکتا ہے لیکن یہ اس کا علاج نہیں کیوں کہ لاک ڈاؤن کی وجہ سے غریب بہت متاثر ہوا۔

عمران خان نے کہا کہ لاک ڈاؤن کے امیر افراد پر اثرات الگ اور کچی آبادی پر الگ طرح سے مرتب ہورہے ہیں، ہمیں وائرس کے پھیلاؤ اور بھوک و افلاس دونوں کو مدنظر رکھنا ہے، صوبوں کے پاس اختیارت ہیں انہیں بھی دیکھنا ہے، پیسے والے کچھ اور کہتے ہیں لیکن غریب طبقہ جو تکلیف میں ہے اس کی آواز سامنے نہیں آرہی، لاک ڈاؤن کی وجہ سے لوگوں کو بہت تکلیف پہنچی۔

وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ میں کاروبار کبھی بند نہیں کرتا لیکن مجبوری میں ایسا کیا، جب تک ویکیسن نہیں ملے گا یہ وائرس ختم نہیں ہوگا امیر ترین ممالک سمیت ساری دنیا اس نتیجے پر پہنچ چکی ہے کہ ہمیں اس وائرس کے ساتھ جینا ہے۔

وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ وائرس کے ساتھ کامیاب طریقے سے جینے کی ذمہ داری عوام کی ہے، اگر لوگ لاک ڈاؤن کے دوران عام زندگی گزارنے لگیں اور احتیاط چھوڑ دی تو اس کا نقصان عوام کو ہی پہنچے گا، ہم ایس او پیز دے رہے ہیں، جن شعبہ جات میں خطرہ زیادہ ہے انہیں تاحال بند رکھا جائے گا تاہم بقیہ تمام شعبہ جات کھلے رہیں گے جن کی فہرست جلد سامنے آجائے گی، عوام سے اپیل ہے کہ ہمیں ایک ذمہ دار قوم بننا پڑے گا۔

وزیراعظم نے بھارت کی مثال دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ انہوں نے مکمل لاک ڈاؤن کیا تو وہاں عوام کا برا حال ہوگیا، کافی لوگ مرگئے انہیں میلوں پیدل چلنا پڑا لیکن پھر بھی وہاں کورونا وائرس پھیلا اور اسپتال بھر گئے اور انہیں معاشی حالات کے باعث ملک کھولنا پڑا، میں افسوس کے ساتھ کہتا ہوں کہ وائرس کے پھیلاؤ اور اموات میں اضافہ ہوگا اس لیے عوام جتنا احتیاط کریں گے ان کے لیے اتنا بہتر ہے۔

اٹائیگر فورس کے متعلق انہوں نے کہا کہ اس فورس کے اب تک 10 لاکھ رضا کار سامنے آچکے ہیں، جلد اس فورس کو استعمال کریں گے کم از کم اس سال وائرس کے ساتھ گزرا کرنا ہے اور ایس او پیز پر مکمل طور پر عمل کرنا ہے تاکہ وائرس نہ پھیلے، میری اٹلی کے وزیراعظم سے آج بات ہوئی تو معلوم ہوا کہ کورونا وائرس کے مریضوں کی وجہ سے طبی عملے پر کتنا بوجھ ہے، میں اپنے ہیلتھ ورکرز کی خدمات کو سراہتا ہوں۔

انہوں نے اوورسیز پاکستانیوں سے متعلق اعلان کیا کہ انہیں جلد از جلد اور بڑی تعداد میں وطن واپس پاکستان لایا جائے گا جس کے لیے فلائٹس کی تعداد بڑھائی جائے گی۔
