Mumbai:
In
India, the National Narcotics Bureau arrested well-known actress Preetika
Chauhan along with five others and recovered drugs.
According
to Indian media, the National Narcotics Bureau in Mumbai arrested 30-year-old
actress Preetika Chauhan in a raid and recovered 90 grams of cannabis, while a
20-year-old drug dealer was also arrested on the actress' identification.
During
the investigation, it was revealed that another person was also involved in
supplying drugs to the actress, who is also the main accused. The National
Narcotics arrested the accused while in another operation, three more persons
were arrested.
It is to be noted that the investigation into the suicide of emerging actor Sushant Singh Rajput revealed the use of drugs in Bollywood.
In the ongoing investigation, Rhea Chakraborty has been arrested and other heroines have been questioned.
