Google's ability to "copy" handwritten text from a mobile phone and "paste" it into a computer

Google has introduced a new and very useful feature for its users that allows handwritten text to be "copied" from a mobile phone and "pasted" on a computer.

According to the World News Agency, handwriting can be copied and pasted on a computer through the lens of a mobile phone, but to use this feature, you must have a newer version of Google Chrome on your computer. Similarly, Android mobile phones should have Google Lens app.

This feature is very simple, look at the text written on a page with the eye of the mobile camera and when the option comes; highlight and copy the relevant text, then go to the computer's document folder and select the edit option and paste there.

To use this feature, it is also important that your writing is clear and concise. Google is adding to this feature and now users can hear the spelling of difficult words in their text. There is also the option to search for well-known phrases while writing.

Google administration hopes that the new type of copy-paste feature is important for all users, but students and researchers can benefit the most from this feature.

عالمی خبر رساں ادارے کے مطابق ہاتھ کی تحریر کو موبائل فون کے لینس کے ذریعے نقل کرکے کمپیوٹر پر چسپاں کیا جا سکتا ہے تاہم اس فیچر کے استعمال کے لیے آپ کے کمپیوٹر پر گوگل کروم کا نیا ورژن ہونا ضروری ہے۔ اسی طرح اینڈرائیڈ موبائل فونز میں گوگل لینس ایپ ہونا چاہیئے۔

یہ فیچر بہت آسان ہے، کسی صفحے پر لکھی ہوئی تحریر کو موبائل کیمرے کی آنکھ سے دیکھیں اور آپشن آنے پر متعلقہ عبارت کو ہائی لائٹ کرکے کاپی کرلیں اس کے بعد کمپیوٹر کے ڈاکومنٹ فولڈر پر جائیں اور ایڈٹ کے آپشن کو منتخب کرکے وہاں پیسٹ کر دیں۔

اس فیچر کو استعمال کرنے کے لیے یہ بھی ضروری ہے کہ آپ کی تحریر صاف اور اجلی ہو۔ گوگل اس فیچر میں ایک اضافہ اور کر رہی ہے اب صارفین اپنی عبارت کے مشکل الفاظ کے ہجے بھی سن سکتے ہیں۔ تحریر کے دوران معروف محاروں کو سرچ کرکے لکھنے کا آپشن بھی موجود ہے۔

گوگل انتظامیہ نے امید ظاہر کی ہے نئی طرح کا کاپی پیسٹ فیچر ویسے تو تمام ہی صارفین کے لیے اہم ہے تاہم سب سے زیادہ اس فیچر سے طلبا اور محققین فائدہ اُٹھا سکتے ہیں۔
